The patron card has been developed to accommodate pastors and staff that wish to borrow items from the Thorne Library. Given the special circumstances created by loaning to those other than students, we trust you will understand and observe the following guidelines. Patron cards are good for one school year. Pastors may borrow up to five items for three weeks, and may renew items once for an additional three-week period. A grace period of seven days will be allowed before fines begin to accrue. On the eighth day, the total fine amount for all eight days will be charged (.25 per day per item) and continue to grow until the item is returned. After one month, we will assume the item is lost and a bill for the cost of the item (or default cost of ) and a service charge will be sent to the church board secretary. Some library items are for reference use only and cannot be borrowed form the library or resource room. These items are marked accordingly. Thanks! We love our pastors!
