
During the program's 36 credit hours, you learn how to balance multiple roles, how to communicate effectively and how to achieve positive change in your organization. Classes are held just one night per week or blended online, and your supplies are delivered right to you.
To complete a degree on campus you only attend class one night per week.The blended online program meets three consecutive Saturdays for the first and last class. All other classes are completely online.

MAN6003Foundations of Executive Management (3)
A study of management strategies, techniques, and their application to the development of improved managerial effectiveness. A study of the administration of an organization with emphasis on planning methods, organizing techniques, motivating factors, and controlling procedures is included.
MAN6013Management Communications (3)
A study of written and oral communications skills necessary for managers and leaders in organizations. Special emphasis is given to writing effectively in a professional manner and utilizing oral communications in giving presentations and in interviews.
MAN6073Political, Social, and Legal Issues Facing Managers (3)
This course studies the constantly changing and evolving relationship between business and its major constituencies. The legal, social, and political considerations of various managerial decisions are investigated. Issues affecting the business system are examined from individual, corporate, public policy, ethical, international, and historical perspectives.
ECO6003Economics for Managers (3)
The study of both micro and macro economic principles at graduate level for those students who do not possess a business undergraduate degree. It will focus on the circular flow of the market, demand & supply and the market system, money and banking, both fiscal and monetary policy and how each affects the economy, consumer behavior, types of industry models, and the demand for resources. In addition, this course will discuss how each subject integrates with current issues int the U.S. and global economy.
MAR6003Marketing Management (3)
An introduction to the theory and practical application of marketing principles. Special emphasis is given to developing a framework for analyzing strategic marketing situations by defining target markets and developing a marketing mix related to the market stakeholders of the organization.
ACC6013Finance and Accounting for Operational Managers (3)
A study of financial and accounting terms, techniques, and practices. Topics cover interpreting financial statements, understanding investment, understanding cash flow, performing ratio/trend analysis, etc.
MAN6093Global Business (3)
An intensive course designed to give a thorough understanding of the important dimensions of conducting business internationally. Students will gain an appreciation of the complexities associated with international business including: the importance of cultural differences, choice of modes of entry, strategic marketing strategies, strategic human resource strategies, and important international business theories.
MAN6023Organizational Behavior (3)
A systematic examination of variables, psychological and sociological, that are important in the comprehension of individual motivation, the managing of groups, interpersonal relationships, and organizational effectiveness, as well as creativity and leadership within the organization.
MAN6063Management Ethics (3)
An exploration of the issues of ethical and moral development relevant to formulating a personal philosophy of management and administration, and developing a continuing renewal of personal and professional growth. Students analyze their own values and ethics through interactive discussions and projects, and develop an integrative approach to ethics from a Christian management perspective that emphasizes fairness, integrity, honesty, and human dignity.
MAN6033Change Management (3)
This course focuses on the tools and techniques for the management of change in organizations. The course draws upon knowledge from organizational theory and behavior, human resources management, and strategic management and examines continuous and discontinuous change, organizational redesign, and the essential skills necessary for leaders to initiate corporate and organizational transformations, mergers, and acquisitions.
HRM6003Strategic Programming in Human Resource Management (3)
This course will emphasize the use of strategic problem-solving and decision making to manage the Human Resource function of an organization. Various processes for managing and evaluating the HR functions are addressed such as: benchmarking, measurement, and evaluation techniques for HRM programs and processes. Others include the activities that support and develop employees in a manner that contributes to the organization's vision, mission, goals and business strategies.
MAN6043Strategic Management (3)
A study of how firms formulate, implement, and evaluate strategies. Students will study strategic management concepts and techniques used to chart the future direction of different organizations. As the capstone course for graduate management students, the major responsibility of the student in this course is to make objective strategic decisions based on an integrated perspective of the program curriculum and to justify their decisions through oral and written communication.
